I, MyNameHere, agree to pay TheGuyWhoHadPointsToRentNameHere 9 dollars per Disney Vacation Club point. I will be renting a total of 498 points which will cover one 2-bedroom unit at Old Key West Resort for the dates 04/27/02 (arriving) until 5/4/02 (departing), which is a total of 7 nights; and a second 2-bedroom unit at OKWR for the dates 4/27/02 (arriving) until 5/3/02 (departing), which is a total of 6 nights. The total dollar value of this transaction is $4482. I will pay Mr.NameHere 100% of the fee once I have received this agreement, signed and notarized, and once I have received official documentation of the reservation from Disney. Once payment has been made to Mr.NameHere, this agreement is non-cancelable and I will be committed to the reservations with no possibility of a future cancellation.
